My suggestion would be : if you can, why do not use UTF-8 instead.
You certainly get a more stable result and some kind of universality.


UTF-8 is not workung. I adjusted .ini files for UTF-8.
But it still isn't translating ľčťť ...... and more Slovak letters.
I don't understand that.
