[Chameleon] Buttons in popups not "buttonizing"

I noticed todaythat since upgrading to beta2, my popups no longer have buttonized buttons.  None of the enhanced samples widgets do either (except for error report oddly enough).
 
Anyone else experiencing this?  Can we say that's it's bug #445 re-opened?
 
Should I be using widgets differently now?  I'm declaring both a styleresource and popupresource tag on these widgets.
