[Chameleon] Layers control Question

Dear all,
I am a new user to chameleon, kindly help me. I have a map file created from mapedit. It has 2 layers from postGIS. can some one tell mw what widget I use to create controls of the layer( meaning turning on and off). I know this a basic question, but i couldnt find a released widget to do this ( if I am right). can someone please help me with this  or point me to the documentation to do this.
