[Chameleon] Security Question

Paul,

I think I saw a reply to this that indicated the new maturity level 
stuff was likely to blame.  This was announced in one of the release 
notices and has also been included in the source code documentation of 
the Chameleon core.  Unfortunately, there is no widget developer's 
documentation yet.  But there will be as I have volunteered to run a 
widget developer's workshop at the MUM3 so now I have to get it written :)
