[Chameleon] JPEG2000 & Chameleon

This would depend on your version of mapserver, more specifically on the 
configuration of GDAL that was included with it.  I believe that GDAL 
supports JPEG2000 so if your GDAL supports it, then it will work with 
MapServer and hence with Chameleon.
