[Chameleon] Publishing chameleon applications

Dear all,

I have a new question about publishing a finished work on-line.

Provided that I have my folders and my map-server/chameleon environment correctly working locally, what are the files/folders I need to upload to my provider web-space? And what is the configuration required? More generally, what are the requirements my provider needs to fulfill? I know I can use cgi-bin folder and have php-based applications running on it.
