[Chameleon] No zoombox after "zoom to extent"

Hi All,

I've been having the problem that when the zoomin tool is active, and I press the "zoom to full extent" button (or "zoom to selected layers"), I am not able to draw a box again. Instead, it zooms straight away. Kind of like http://www.maptools.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=686
But this one happens in both explorer and mozilla-based browsers.

This problem used to exist in CWC1.0.4. But I am quite confident that it was fixed in 1.99 (from the beginning). Has something changed that re-introduced this problem? Can someone verify that it's not just my pc having bad karma? Then I'll file a bug.
