[Chameleon] 1.99 Beta to 2.0

Are there any issues with changing versions of chameleon?  Will I have to make any
changes to my application?  I'm currently using 1.99 beta that came with ms4w package. 
The new version is for a linux server so we will not be using the package.  I only saw
version 2.0 available on the download site.  If it won't cause any problems the new
version is fine.  If there are transfer issues, does anyone know where I can get the
older version?
