[Chameleon] Chameleon blocks during the image processing

I am installing chameleon manually on IIS. 

Everything seems fine now except that chameleon is not able to display the
picture of my map and hangs with the image "please wait" instead. I checked
the mapfile through phpmapscript and it produces a valid map. Anyone has any
idea why chamelon hangs with the image please wait ?
