[Chameleon] oops ...

Jeremy,

this error typically occurs under one of the following conditions:

1) the file is actually missing.  Check to make sure it is really  
there ...

2) the file is missing a dependency.  Try using dependency walker to  
load the mapscript dll (you will need to add some paths because php  
doesn't use the normal OS search path.
