[Chameleon] Unrectified Photography

I've developed a historical photo viewer but it's not exactly how I
would like it.  Users can zoom in on areas they are interested in and a
photo index will open.  A custom query button then opens a new window
with the unrectified historical photo as a jpg.  Is it possible to have
this photo be zoomable?  Basically I'd like it to open in a simple
chameleon app with just zoom and pan capabilities.
