[Chameleon] ExtentHistory widget questions

Hello,

I've added the ExtentHistory widget to my navigation toolset and am 
having trouble getting it to work.  The image states are all working 
properly.  If I am at the initial map extent, the backward button is 
disabled and if I use any of the navigation tools, the button is 
enabled.  However, if I click the backward button nothing 
happens.  Any idea of what I might be doing wrong?  Is it because I'm 
using JSAPI?

Also, I'm wondering how I can enable the backward button if the map 
extent changes as the result of a zoom to query results.

Any suggestions?
