[Chameleon] Erratic behaviour of the KeyMapDHTMLMode widget used as recentering/panning function under JSAPI

Hi,
Sorry for the late response.
I don't think the panning/recentering function of the keymap have been 
fully tested/supported with the JSAPI mode. So I don't think there's 
currently a fix for this.

If it was working with the 1.99 version, you may try to reuse the widget...

Let us know if it works.
