[Chameleon] Erratic behaviour of the KeyMapDHTMLMode widget used as recentering/panning function under JSAPI

It wasn't working with the previous version either....
This was one of the reasons why I wanted to upgrade in the first place. I 
thought that the new version would have fixed this.
The weird thing is that the zoombox function of the same widget is working 
perfectly under JSAPI...
