[Chameleon] NavTool

Hi list, (especially Paul),

a design question, if Chameleon 3.0 would go for OpenLayers as the map 
widget, would we still keep the concept of a NavTool?

Or would we just create CWCWidget descendants with a CWCButton, and on 
their click event we would hook into the OpenLayers event?
