[Chameleon] troubles with fgs-chameleon_2.2.1-1.3-linux-i386.bin

Hi !
I have installed fgs-chameleon on my Debian .After executing the command
setenv.sh i try to test my install ;when in my web browser i go to
http://localhost/chameleon/samples  i get this error :
THE CONNECTION WAS REFUSED WHILE  ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT LOCALHOST
What might be the cause of this ?
