Hi Zye,

Please CC to the list if you have questions, so others won't make the
same mistakes.

The error message that you are getting does not exist in the new version
of the widget, which means that for some reason, you are still using the
old files. Please double-check that your folder structure is correct
(/htdocs/widgets/LocateByAttribute/...)
