I've taken the liberty to setup a cron job that sets up this permission 
daily.
It will allow us all (within fgs group) to read each others files. 
It will also allows us all to write into /home/fgs when ready to do so.

If there are any objections, just let me know.  Also, if there is a better 
way to setup permissions to allow sharing of files, let me know.
