[FGS] Installation on Linux Fedora core 4

Hello,
I'trying to install FGS Linux installer on my Linux Fedora core 4 distro,
on which I have not installed previous version of apache. Installation
seems to run without problems, but, when I call a test file (for testing,
as an example, php installation) I obtain the following errorlog message:

File does not exist: /opt/fgs/www/htdocs/favicon.ico
php4: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
[error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers:
/opt/fgs/www/cgi-bin/php

I installed fgs bin by defaults directory opt/fgs/.

Does someone has idea which is the problem?
