[FGS] PHP compilation error with Fist 0.3b

Hi Guillaume,

I've been working on getting Fist-0.3b running on FGS mapserver. I'm
still only part of the way there, but one obstacle I found was in the
php_mapscript component. Gmap and Chameleon both work fine, but Fist
fails to produce a map with the package below. I back-dated to mapserver
4.6.2 and php 4.3.11 and was able to get a map image. 

Fgs-mapserver_phpmapscript_4.8.2-1.2-linux-i386.bin

Error generated when testing map file:
