John,

You would use a dataset name something like the following:

 gltp:/vrf/E:/v0noa/vmaplv0/noamer

You may not need the v0noa for a "real" VMAP0 CD - I'm working from
on disk images and I am not sure what the top level directory is called. 
The above is for the north american disk.  Adjust accordingly for the
other disks.
