I'm sorry for not following up on this at the time, but it has just been
re-reported, and fixed.  In GDAL/OGR 1.4.0 and 1.4.1 the EHdr driver
is reacting badly to missing NBITS keywords in the .hdr file.

The work around is to add this keyword with an appropriate value.

The fix should be in 1.4.2, 1.5.0 and the next FWTools release.
