OK the problems is bigger Open EV isnt running same dll issue ..
something about LizardTech in the popup.. is the latest build of FWTools 
not good..

Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point?getMetadata at LTIImage@LizardTech... etc in 
library lti_dsdk_dll.dll

?????
