[FWTools] OpenEV - gnuplot needs Cygwin lib?

Yes, I tracked down the issue in gvplot.py.  Seems that the actual 
gnuplot executable that comes with FWTools is pgnuplot not gnuplot.  
But, with cygwin gnuplot installed, it finds that version first.

In gvplot.py:

        exe = gvutils.FindExecutable( 'gnuplot' )
        if exe is None:
            exe = gvutils.FindExecutable( 'pgnuplot.exe' )
