[FWTools] [OT] WMS Servers, ArcGIS

Hi:

This is a little off-topic from this list, but I thought some list  
members might know the answer to some questions we have in  
implementing a WMS service within a piece of software we have.  In  
particular, we are finding inconsistencies with some clients.  Would  
anyone know:

1. a WMS server that serves a layer with a time dimension which ArcGIS  
correctly displays (preferably without vendorSpecificCapabilities)?

2. Has ArcGIS improved its time handling with version 9.3 (we have 9.2)?
