[FWTools] ogr2ogr importing interlis only ili

Hello,
I have on a ili ( model ) file i want to import them to postgresql , i 
need to generate the model then I will popoulate it with data.
Is possible to import with ogr2ogr only the model?

Importing  only a model is a very usefuel feature if exsists.
