Hi,

You can download ready to use build SDK packages containing all the headers
and libs required to build with Visual Studio:
http://vbkto.dyndns.org:1280/sdk/Default.aspx

If you are using VS.NET 2003 you should get:
http://vbkto.dyndns.org:1280/sdk/release-1310-dev.zip
