[FWTools] Strange error on simple SHP->KML conversion

The .shp file is likely truncated. The .shx indicates 5418 features, but 
the .shp file only contains data for the first 2816 features. According to 
the .shx, the .shp file should be around 70 MB large, but what yours is only 
34 MB large.
