[ka-Map-users] KAMAP_MOUSE_STOPPED

Thanks to Sebastien Roch, ka-map has another event to use for queries:
http://ka-map.ominiverdi.org/wiki/index.php/KAMAP_MOUSE_STOPPED

As he wrote:
"This event allow you to call a function if the mouse stops over the  
viewport during a certain delay. It's usefull to make a query and get  
informations of what's under the mouse, like points of interest for  
example."

code already in CVS (kaQuery.js).
