[ka-Map-users] labels are drawn only partially

Thanks Gabriele, this must be the reason why the labels are drawn
partially, but the problem remains unsolved. (PARTIAL
TRUE/FALSE-attribute means that do you want the labels in the edge of
map drawn (true) or not (false).)
