[maplab-users] Got a copy of html-legend-howto.html online?

Do you guys have a copy of
  http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/doc/html-legend-howto.html
on your server that you can point me to? I can't get to the UNM 
server :(

Also, How can I hide some layers so they do not show up on the 
legend? I have some that I don't want the user to turn on/off and I 
have one which is nameless so it generates:

[if name=layer_name oper=neq value=][leg_layer_name][/if][if      
name=layer_name value=]* Name Not Set*[/if]

on the legend.
