[maplab-users] Maplab frustration!

[Matt Doggett]

'apache' which is the user that httpd runs under, owns *everything* in
the maplab directories and has read/write permission.  This isn't the
ideal security measure, but it solved some of my problems.  Others
simply won't go away.
