[maplab-users] about MapLab

hi there,

now I am developing a web GIS application based on MapServer, but I do not
really know what role MapLab plays in MapServer.

P.S: can anyone tell me how to begin an application based on MapServer, what
are the differences between MapServer CGI and MapScript APIs, I am really
confused. If possible, please tell me the steps to develop an application
based on MapServer.

I have installed the latest MS4W on my computer (XP professional version).
