[ms4w-users] Install on Win2000

Hmm, I'm not sure what is using your port 80, but you could always force 
apache to use a different port, by modifying the 
/ms4w/Apache/conf/httpd.conf file:

   line 120:   Listen 8080

and then retry apache-install.bat.
