[ms4w-users] new install of ms4w with chameleon crashes on "Chameleon Administration." php headers

Hi:
    I just installed ms4w (1.4.0) and then the chameleon (2.2.1) on a
newly rebuilt XPPRO box (with nothing extra installed) and I get a 500
error
        - all I get is a:
 
             [Tue Feb 28 10:07:50 2006] [error] [client 10.1.15.21]
Premature end of script headers: php.exe, referer: http://infosys15/
    
    in the apache error.log
 
   and 
            10.1.15.21 - - [28/Feb/2006:10:07:45 -0800] "GET
/chameleon/admin/main.phtml HTTP/1.1" 500 612
    in the access log 
 
Can anyone tell me what this means? (is php corrupted)  I have tried
uping the error levels on both apache and php.ini and still no helpful
information - most of the other things seem to work.
