Hi Jeff,

Well, I forgot to mention we were testing on XP indeed.  I will log more
info in the ticket whenever I have some.  Still though, it is a bit
intriguing that MapServer is slower in CGI mode with the newest MS4W
than it was before.  Should I post those results on the MS list ?  Has
anyone else seen that ?
