Wow!  They are the same! 

Conveniently your file has no false easting or northing so there is
no issue with the "sign" of that.  For everything else it almost seems as
if there is no difference between TM and TMSO.  However, I kind of wonder if
this is just that Descartes is just treating TM and TMSO as being the same.

Can you verify if the Descartes corner coordinates in PCS and lat/long 
coordinates make sense when compared with the map surround?
