Hi! Sorry but I couldn't contain myself. I hope this marks the end of this
discussion. I just want to point out, as Markus, has said regards KMail that
it does indeed reply to the mailing list when you click on the reply button
(or the "R" key). I have also sent Gerald a little document that I prepared
on how to add the "Reply to Mailing List" button to the KMail toolbar:

No doubt other GUI-based e-mail clients have similar options.
