[Proj] Re: ANNOUNCE: C# wrapper

Hi Eric,

I tested the wrapper since i need such a one for my project. I used it 
along a standard 4.4.8 since i had no access to a greater version (cvs 
port not being opened yet) and 4.4.6.
I modified the test script so as not to call functions not present in 
the current dll (namely pj_set_searchpath), it worked alright for 4.4.6 
but at the end of execution with 4.4.8 (on Exception: failed to load 
NAD27-83 correction file) i encounter an illegal memory read error that 
do no happen on 4.4.6.
