Because of a power outage last night I am not quite as far as I wanted on the
C translation of the correction code.  It is completed and preliminary checks
compare OK with the literal translation of the Pascal code.  The size of the
revised procedure is 27k vs, 64k for the literal routine.  I have not checked
timing yet but I expect at least the same order of magnitude of
performance improvement.  Should now fit in your PDA. ;-)

I will finish it with a filter program that one can use as a pipe filter in 
front of or back of [l]proj.  The only options will be zone number and 
forward-inverse flag.

Lastly, how should it be distributed?  I can email it to interested parties.
