[Proj] rtodms

Something is wrong in proj.lib :
I work with vers 4.4.6 but there's the same code in 4.5.0 :

When I try to translate a radian value into a DMS format with function 
"rtodms" I obtain this :
0,785398163397448501 which is exactly PI/4 => rtodms => 44d

but

0.07155849933176752775 => 4d06'00.00000"E good value
0.787143492649442833 => 45d06'00.00000"E good value

and

0.06981317007977319578 => 3d00'00.00000"E instead of 4d

bug ??? or there's something i had not kept ?
