[Proj] Aruba projection

Hello fellow geographyls!

For my Aruba projection I currently have:

    +proj=tmerc +lat_0=12.5201 +lon_0=-69.9929406 +k=0.996632 +x_0=10000 
+y_0=15000 +ellps=intl +towgs84=-266,112,-360,0,0,0,0 +units=m +no_defs

When I use it in my conversion software, I still get a small shift upon 
the aerial-photo's in Google Earth of approx. 10m.

Any suggestions on which parameter to fine tune in order to get it right 
on the spot?
