Note, that you should only be contacting the EPSG database maintainers if
you are very confident that the problem is actually in their database,
and not in the translation I do. I'm sure they are already getting somewhat
annoyed at the number of PROJ.4 related reports they are getting that
actually have nothing to do with their database itself.
So, in this case the question would be whether they have referenced a
proper projection method for the Michigan coordinate system or not. Perhaps
they do, and I just translate it improperly in which case - don't bug them!
