[Proj] wgs84 northings and eastings

Dear Roger,

I am not exactly sure what you really need, but 'eqc' is the equidistant
cylindrical projection, what converts latitude and longitude values simply
to length.

+proj=eqc +datum=WGS84

what about +proj=latlon ?
