[FWTools] tip: recovering damaged shp files with ogr2ogr

Today I had thouble with one of my shapefiles, that suddenly showed bad
behaviour (showing only part of features, impossible to recover, immpossible
to export) after save edits in ArcMap, looks like damaged index.

I felt lost - last backup was a 3 man days ago - deadline tomorrow :(

But then I remember ogr2ogr - and I was again happy ;-) - it worked just
pefectly.
